My name is Matt Cracraft and I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and the Founder of WellEvate Coaching. I have been a coach for most of my life, helping others achieve success in various aspects of their lives.
I'm passionate about raising consciousness and developing human potential. In my practice, I work with individuals, professionals, and leaders to recognize and develop their potential.
The coaching relationship is a partnership between the coach and the client. This alliance is what makes coaching so powerful. Developing positive coaching relationships and helping others succeed is what I'm meant to do. My role as your coach is to partner with you, raise consciousness, develop potential, elevate and inspire you.
WellEvate Coaching's Story
The name WellEvate Coaching stems from a Chinese idiom about a frog in a well. In the idiom, there is a frog at the bottom of a well. It can only see from its perspective at the bottom and believes the sky is only as big as the mouth of the well. When a bird sits at the edge of the well and tells stories of the sights it’s seen, it encourages the frog to climb. As the frog elevates itself, its perspective begins to change and the world show’s possibilities not seen before. Suddenly, the frog has a new perspective and a world of possibilities surrounding it. The lesson in this is that perspective is important. As you put in the hard to work to elevate yourself, new opportunities will present themselves and allow for inspiration.
